Hey everyone! I've been getting a lot of friends and people out there I had no idea were friends contacting me to see if I'm ok. Yes, I'm doing just fine all you wonderful people out there! I have actually been in quarantine since about mid - late February. As many of you know, I'm a retired medical professional, PhD MD in Forensic Psychiatry, I'm also FEMA trained. Hey everyone! So, it's been a month to the day since I had surgery. Apparently, when the surgeon started there was much more to do - 5 colon tumor (benign) and 12 pre-cancerous growths. As I expressed my disdain in a previous journal entry that this was not even mentioned to me 4 years ago - this whole ordeal I went through was PURE FUCKING HELL!
I was released from the hospital about 2 hours after surgery. I was rather surprised that they didn't dope me for the ride home, they sent me home right when I woke from the anesthesia.
